Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

The products are either located in our warehouse in the USA or Hong Kong (stated next to the photos in product page):

  • Item location: US - to be sent out in 1-2 workdays by UPS or USPS, provided tracking.  Delivery time is 5-8 workdays for delivery within the States.  For the bulky item (over 120cm length), delivery time is about 5-8 workdays.  
  • Item location: Pre-Order to be sent out in 10 workdays by UPS or USPS, provided tracking.  Delivery time is about 15 workdays for delivery within the States.  
  • Item location: Hong Kong, Make to Order - customized product to be sent out in 10 workdays by Standard International Postage, provided tracking once the item arrives the destination country.  Delivery time is 75-90 calendar days.  Customer will be responsible for possible import taxes or duties.  Please check with the local custom office before purchase.         

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Return accepted.  10% restocking fee will be charged for the return.
  • To return the item you purchased, owing to the different stock locations, please contact us for the valid return address.
  • The buyer can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with valid return tracking. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, supported by the valid return tracking, within 3 workdays.  We will fully examine it and notify the buyer via email, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by buyer. Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 
  • Exchange will be subject to the actual situation and the stock level. 


3. Exceptions 

For some items, owing to the hand-polish, finishing or risk of damage during delivery, we do not accept any returns with the reason of imperfection or quality-related claim.  These items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Carbon fiber items 
  • Painted mirror covers
  • Painted spoiler
  • Diffuser
